Forgiveness – to cease to feel resentment against someone or something.
Resentment – a feeling of indignant displeasure or persistent ill will at something regarded as a wrong, insult, or injury.
Feeling stuck? Burdened? Angry? Confused? Sad? Unsure? Disappointed? Resentful?
Is there an obstacle in your life that you just can’t seem to overcome?
Or maybe you can’t even see a way out?
Perhaps there is a person who you’ve been holding a grudge towards leaving you with emotions unresolved?

I get it, forgiveness is hard and at times extremely painful because we mostly believe that when we forgive, we accept. And when we accept, we “allow these things to happen to us” and discredit the blessings and lessons available.
But, it doesn’t have to be like that.
Forgiveness done the right way is empowering, liberating, and freeing.
Join us for a morning of Forgiveness with our beautiful guest Emma Manning as she shares her “5 Steps of Forgiveness” in order for you to work towards making peace with yourself and past experiences so that you can move forward with your life!

Emma works from BEST Studio in Eudlo and Ashgrove Brisbane. Living on the Sunshine Coast for the last nine years with her fiancé, two grown up children and two Chihuahuas, Emma is often found walking along the beautiful coast lines or training at her local Dojo where she holds a black belt in karate.
