Spring into Self-Love with Rosie Chehade
Spring, a perfect time to deepen our Self-Love practice and step into our authenticity with so much grace, love and tenderness.
In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to build a loving and empowering relationship with yourself.
We have a beautiful Self-Love expert guest speaker; Rosie Chehade from the Happiness Lifestyle.

We will explore:
+ Radical self-acceptance and self-love practices.
+ Clearing the self-imposed limitations, self-doubt, comparison and shatter the glass ceiling that are keeping you from achieving the things you truly desire.
+ The power of your self-talk and how to shift your inner dialogue out of criticism and judgment and into love and acceptance.
+ Balancing giving and receiving and healing patterns of over-giving.
+ Developing a healthier and more reverent relationship with your body, where you’re both accepting of yourself and your body image.
+ Inner child healing and releasing old stories of what makes you unlovable.
+ The importance of balancing ‘being’ and ‘doing’ and how you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.
+ Living more from your heart, listening to your inner voice and discovering new ways to support yourself with self-care and self-love practices.
